Great 0lace to stay. Was super clean. No hassles. Super friendly. Call out to the guy that makes the sausage and gravey. That was great breakfast. Coffee was good.
This is a top-notch hotel at the price and location. We've spent 7 nights in 6 hotels over the past 3-4 weeks. Mostly Hampton Inns and Holiday Inn Expresses. This hotel was the best run of them all. Everything was in good running order, everywhere was clean, the staff were working hard to make things good for guests. I was told they will be doing some remodeling soon which surprised me because I thought it appeared already recently updated! We would definitely stay here again.
Had my truck in the shop and was waiting on parts. They got me a room last minute and let me keep extending the stay. Staff were all very nice and helpful. They have free breakfast which is great
This is a clean, quiet and modern hotel with a pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is far enough off the freeway and main road that it is very quiet. The doors to the rooms are whisper quiet when they shut so you dont hear slamming doors all night, thank you for installing the premium hardware! I have stayed here twice while passing through and have had an enjoyable and restful stay. This hotel would have received a 5 star review but they don't provide a coffee maker in the room so i dropoed my reciew to a 4 star review. They will give you a xoffee maker if you request it but it sucks when you realize that this is the only Holiday Inn Express that doesn't have a coffee maker without requesting one and you want your morning coffee. An outlet on both sides of the beds would be nice for those of us that have to travel with a CPAP machine and need the additional outlet.
My truck broke down at 1am and they got me in and got me a room fast with no problems, and Matt the assistant manager was very courteous and helpful in any way I needed. They also had no problems with me fixing my truck in the parking lot and even checked if I need anything. And the a/c fan stayed on throughout my entire stay, and they didn't deactivate my card at 11 when I needed a late check out. Only thing I didn't like was the beds. 3rd floor bed was pretty hard and seemed like a normal hotel mattress. Other than that, very impressed with the service.
This place still looks brand new! Very well taken care of. The rooms are large and have a couch! The showers were hot and the staff were all very friendly. The best part of it all, THE BREAKFAST! Tons of options for a complimentary breakfast and the staff was impeccable! Highly recommend coming here and I will come back myself.
That’s were comfortable slept well beautiful design very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Definitely would stay here again when in this area.
Sorry I am bad at names, but staff at check in Wednesday May 7 was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast staff on Thursday May 8 went out of her way to be accommodating on my husband's request for a specific item. Outside seating area in back was nice. Indoor pool and workout room was nice. Overall great experience.
